We operate a 14 day returns policy. Clothing must be returned in "as new" condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging.
We will not refund or exchange items that have been worn or washed (particularly corsetry as the steel boning will shape itself to your body shape once worn tightly laced.)
You are responsible for any postage costs involved with returning goods.
We advise you to send packages by Special Delivery as we cannot be held responsible if items are lost in the post.
Non-returnable items include lingerie (due to the intimate nature of the garments) and bespoke corsetry as this will have been made-to-measure for you.
Obviously, we will exchange or repair lingerie or bespoke items if faulty although we fully check all items before sending them out to you.
Payment
Our online shop uses a PayPal shopping cart. Credit Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Switch and Solo.

Should you prefer to call us, we can process your credit card or bank transfer by telephone (01722 325272), or you can post us a cheque (Nikita Sablier, 17 Cross Keys Chequer, Queen Street, Salisbury SP1 1EL) but please be aware your goods will not be posted out until your payment has cleared.
Corset Care
Our corsets are made with the finest materials, spiral steel boning and steel busks.
To avoid breaking the busks please loosen the lacing sufficiently to allow you to put on/take off easily. Once fastened pull the laces carefully to ensure an even take up on the body.
Your corset will need dry cleaning in the gentlest process offered at the specialist cleaners.
Normal hand washing will eventually rust the bones which will stain the outer fabric of your corset. It is not necessary to dry clean after every wear as this puts as much wear and tear on the garment as wearing does. After wearing, air your corset to freshen it up. Sponge clean any stains and dry clean infrequently.
Delivery
We do not charge for delivery. All clothing will be posted by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service due to the value of the clothing being sent. Smaller items (e.g. compact mirrors, umbrellas, purses etc...) may be sent using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service depending on the value of the order.
Orders placed by 3pm will be posted out the following day unless otherwise stated on the home page of our site.

Bespoke Corset Service
Please ensure you take accurate measurements for our bespoke corset service. Your corset will be made to these exact measurements, and we cannot be held responsible if you have given inaccurate details.
We do not exchange or refund bespoke corsetry unless faulty - please contact us first in this instance and we will advise your next course of action.
You are responsible for any costs involved in sending back your corsetry : we advise you send by Special Delivery due to the cost of the corsetry.
